Straka posted a four-under 67 on Sunday at the RBC Heritage to finish in a share of 13th place.
Straka closed strong over the weekend with 12 birdies and back-to-back rounds of 67 to climb up the leaderboard following a slow start to the tournament. In his usual form, he excelled with his iron play by leading the field for the week in SG: Approach. Straka continues to be one of the steadiest players on Tour with eight top-15 results across 12 events this year.
Straka carded a one-under 70 on Sunday at the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches to finish 13-under and tied for 11th place.
Straka posted three consecutive 67s at PGA National before having an inconsistent final round with six birdies, three bogeys and a double bogey to narrowly fall out of the top-10. He lost 2.4 strokes on the greens for the week but ranked third in SG: Tee-to-green. Straka moves up to second in the FedExCup as he's now posted five top-15s across seven starts this year.
