Lowry and Rory McIlroy recorded an even-par 72 on Sunday at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans to finish tied for 12th place.
Lowry and McIlroy were looking to defend their title after winning in their team debut last year but Lowry noticeably struggled with his ball-striking in the final round as the duo made a sloppy seven bogeys in alternate shot. Nevertheless, Lowry has had a solid year overall and now has five top-15 finishes across 10 tournaments in 2025.
Lowry carded a one-under 70 on Sunday at the RBC Heritage to finish nine-under and tied for 18th.
Lowry's final round at Harbour Town was highlighted by an eagle on the par-4 ninth hole, where he stuck his 332-yard tee shot to 13 feet before rolling in the putt for a deuce. Lowry also ended the Signature Event ranked top-10 among the field in SG: Around-the-Green, having converted 21 of 27 scrambling opportunities in the process. He'll tee it up next at the upcoming Zurich Classic of New Orleans, looking to defend last year's title alongside teammate Rory McIlroy.
