Bryan will appeal his indefinite suspension, Reuters.com reports.
Bryan was given an indefinite suspension because he participated in an LIV Golf event earlier in April, which the American later identified as the LIV's "The Duels" event at Doral. Bryan says he understood he could face possible suspension for the LIV participation but is appealing because "The Duels" is not a regular LIV event.
Bryan has been suspended indefinitely by the PGA Tour after participating in a LIV Golf influencer event, Ryan French of Monday Q reports.
The PGA Tour's long battle against LIV Golf continues and they remain steadfast on not allowing any affiliation with the breakaway league into their PGA Tour events. Bryan was expected to tee it up at the Corales Puntacana Championship this week after he finished runner-up a year ago there. Bryan still reportedly will be on site and use it as a family vacation instead. It's unclear how long the suspension may last. Bryan said he had no regrets about playing in The Duels: Miami with LIV players and wants to continue to grow the game through YouTube. Bryan has played in three PGA Tour events in 2025 with his best being a T25 at the Farmers Insurance Open.
