This page should be used to look up your registered email address and/or change it if you no longer have access to the email address on file. If you do have access to your email address, you should use the forgot password page instead.

Original credentials not working?

If you are in touch with your pool manager, please contact them to see if they can look you up in their pool roster and confirm what email address they have for you.

  • If the email they tell you is valid, use the forgot password page to reset your password
  • If the email they tell you is NOT valid, your pool manager may be able to update it for you.

If you do not currently have active entries that you are trying to access, you can create a new account with a valid email address and continue to create or join a pool for that new account.
